TERMS OF USE

Effective Date: January 2026

1. No Medical Advice

SteadyStat is a health tracking and data-logging tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All information displayed in the app — including guideline-based ranges, medication references, and reports — is provided for informational purposes only.

Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making medical decisions or changes to your treatment plan.

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Entering accurate and complete information
  • Managing medication schedules and adherence
  • Responding to reminders and notifications
  • Ensuring device settings (battery, notifications, permissions) allow the app to function as intended

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteadyStat and its developers shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or health outcomes arising from:

  • Missed or delayed notifications
  • Software bugs or technical errors
  • Device or operating system malfunctions
  • Loss of data due to device damage, loss, or deletion
  • Reliance on information provided by the app

4. App Availability & Updates

SteadyStat is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Compatibility with all future operating system updates
  • Continued access to third-party data sources such as OpenFDA

Features, pricing, or availability may change at any time at the developer’s discretion.

5. Data Loss Disclaimer

Because SteadyStat stores data locally, deleting the app without exporting a backup will result in permanent data loss. SteadyStat cannot recover deleted data.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
